Barnaby is a young male Boer goat found in Lancaster, PA after witnesses saw him fall or jump from a truck loaded with other goats on their way to auction. 

Boer goats like Barnaby are often raised for human consumption.  He was spared this fate when the Lancaster County Humane League stepped in to provide temporary housing before contacting Chenoa Manor. 

Initially shy and understandably leery of people, Barnaby slowly began to trust his human friends and has become a warm and loving member of the Chenoa Manor family.
