While we do not currently offer farm-hand volunteer opportunities (all of our animals are cared for by our stewards, youth leaders, and interns), there are plenty of ways you can get involved and volunteer your time to support our cause!

Help Fundraise

No matter your personal financial situation, you can help support the mission and animal residents of Chenoa by organizing a fundraiser!
Convince your friends and family to chip in with a ​fundraiser on Facebook​, crowdsource coworker contributions by sending a fundraising email to your office email list, organize and advertise a fundraiser at your favorite local restaurant independently or using a service like ​GroupRaise​, or put together a plant-based bake sale. The possibilities are endless when you get creative!

Coordinate Produce Donations

We have many mouths to feed at Chenoa and are ALWAYS looking for food and produce donations. Our residents aren’t picky eaters and are oh-so-appreciative of scraps and leftovers. We love it when local markets and restaurants donate wasted produce and food to Chenoa, and we need dedicated supporters like you to help solicit and organize donations, as well as pick up and drop off the donations at our “offerings” station in front of our main gate.

Our residents’ favorite foods include carrots, bananas, pumpkin/squash, dark leafy greens, and anything else that’s nutritious and delicious!

Donate Professional Skills

As a non-profit organization funded entirely by grants and donations, Chenoa relies on skilled volunteers who donate professional services. We are always looking for volunteers who specialize in construction, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, fundraising, grant writing, bookkeeping, videography, and social media.
