Sharing Space: Pigs
Sep 3rd at 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm$50
Philosopher Lao Tzu has written that “Silence is a source of great strength.”
This particular event allows a limited group of individuals to partake in the silent sharing of space with various groups of the manor’s residents.
The first 30 minutes will involve specific introductions concerning the residents being featured that day–their stories, their behavior, their culture– and how to prepare yourself to be sharing their space.
What follows will be an hour of sitting with and among the featured residents, in silence, as they determine the level and amount of personal interaction.
The final 30 minutes will feature a wrap-up and discussion on the day’s experience.
