Steward for a Day

For those who want a more challenging & involved experience at the manor, you can sign up to experience being a Steward for a Day.

The day will begin at 9am and conclude at 1pm. These limited experiences are led by two of Chenoa Manor’s stewards and will involve both hands-on animal care as well as horticultural care.

Participants will be given article assignments to read and video assignments to view prior to the workday. Those assignments will explore the cognitive & emotional lives of non-human animals and there will be a discussion during the workday.

A vegan lunch will also be provided for attendees.

Space is limited to six participants.
