Join us for a very special Chenoa Manor volunteer day!
As part of our big project this year to increase the Manor’s environmental sustainability, we are working with the FSA and the NRCS to increase the riparian buffer or the area directly around our stream that helps protect it from the impact of all our animals. We’ve already added new fencing and stream crossings, and the last part of the project will be to plant 700+ trees to further protect and green-ify our land.
That’s where you come in: bring a friend and join our planting party!
We need your help to get all the trees planted, and the more volunteers the merrier – we’ll get our hands dirty, and share satisfied post-work beers (and/or water) in the company of some of Chenoa’s residents.
This is the last opportunity to volunteer at Chenoa this year (as our December volunteer day is already filled). If you’ve been waiting for the right time to lend a hand, the time is now – hope to see you there!
